Paul McCartney Practices His French: I’m A Loser

Published by clarkspicks at 4:40 pm under rock, rock and roll

I just ran across this 1965 Beatles performance in France. Paul introduces the song in halting French and you can actually hear the song despite the loud, enthusiastic crowd.

I got here early enough this time that even our old lap top played a little.

I am out on the road again blogging from the truck. We are heading to see our newest grandson.

Well, Paul’s French is just about as good as mine. I had my French in college, in the state of Maine, and with a very distinctive Texas drawl.

It was humorous but not very pleasant.

    Great share as always!!

    Thanks:-)

Never cared much for the Beatles songs but I still can sing a few by hert.My highschool english teacher loved it and we learned a lot of songs. He had only one hand and I can still remember the way he held the big black LP in the arm. I saw once a very good documentary on the band and the music. It was so excelent that at the end it impossible not to enjoy the Beatles!
