3 tablespoons oil that is cooking
3 servings made grain
12 oz of veggie of your preference (eco-friendly kidney beans, carrots, capsicum, sweet-corn, broccoli)
/ cup liquid
2 spoon soya sauce
1 or 2 defeated egg
The cooking oil until shimmering in a large skillet over high heat, heat.
